This office took excellent care of me after I cracked my tooth and suffered nerve damage. I had been dealing with severe pain and sleepless nights for an entire week. They got me in quickly, carefully examined my tooth and filling, and discovered an infection and chipped tooth. They explained all my options clearly, educated me throughout the process, and made me feel comfortable with my decision to have the tooth extracted. I’m finally pain-free and in a much better place. I’m truly grateful for their professionalism, sensitivity, and compassionate care. I highly recommend them!

I was a patient of this practice for 30 years. When I arrived there today, they stated I had to pay close to $400 for cleaning x-rays and a doctor visit which I was not informed prior to coming to this visit. When I explained to them, I did not want 18 x-rays they had taken only five I wanted to pay just for the five. Whoever the office manager was stated we can’t clean your teeth unless we do the 18 x-rays. So I just told them I would find another Dentist after 30 years. I loved my hygienist Sandi she was great but that new office staff in there not even willing to work with you. She was not very accommodating to assist with payment. I found another dentist and fees were very reasonable.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Chase Cerbone (aka Dr. Chase) and his assistant, Jennifer! They took time to walk me through a significant dental procedure and the financial process, with patience and clarity about the options, allowing me to move forward in a way that felt manageable to my family budget. I did not feel that anything was pushed on me. Beyond that, their professionalism really stands out. They are knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely patient. You never feel rushed or like just another “patient.” The entire office (including Dr. Salib) gives the feel of a true hometown dental practice where staff truly care about you, not just your appointment. When you walk through the front doors, the customer service is above and beyond! I am grateful for my Veranda Family Dental office and highly recommend them without hesitation. Okay, Deeberry, here's the combined and revised review: One Star - Unprofessional and Inconsiderate My recent experience with this dental practice was shockingly unprofessional. I called ahead to confirm my appointment and address a previous no-show fee, which I was assured had been cleared due to a prior issue with their system and phone lines. However, upon arriving, I was informed that the no-show fee was still on my account. The staff was unsympathetic and unwilling to take responsibility for the misinformation I received over the phone. The manager was inflexible and unapologetic, hiding behind "procedures" instead of focusing on customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, the staff showed a shocking lack of empathy. When I explained that I had missed a previous appointment due to my mother's passing, the staff member responded with disbelief, stating, "I find it hard to believe that anyone said that." This insensitive remark was the final straw. The entire experience was a chaotic display of poor communication and disregard for patients. I would not use this dentist. I have been a patient for approximately 7 months and made 3 separate visits during that time. During my initial visit I was convinced to do a “deep cleaning” vs a standard cleaning which my insurance did not cover ( more to this story during visit 3). During my 2nd visit for more invasive dental work (2 crowns), the office manager provided me with an estimate for services which showed a reasonable out of pocket cost. When that work was completed and I owed significantly more money than estimated, I questioned the office manager on the discrepancy, she said the estimate from the insurance company is only a courtesy. This was a classic bait and switch and when I contacted my insurance regarding the services, they said there is no ambiguity in the coverage and the dentist could not have put in the correct information to get the initial insurance estimate. The 3rd visit was the most infuriating of them all. I booked an appointment for a cleaning (covered 100% by insurance), when the cleaning was completed, the hygienist/ check out clerk said I would owe money. I said “ that’s not possible this is a cleaning which is covered 100% by insurance “. Th
